Worth it! Yurt living in the woods is so fun! Our family of 6 had a blast. So quiet, peaceful and serene. The forest was so beautiful. We saw deer and birds. It was clean and had so many thoughtful amenities. So well equipped. We had a fire every night. Loved the lights outside. Grilling was so fun. We will definitely be back!
We had a wonderful stay at Sunrise Sanctuary! The yurt was clean, comfortable, and such a unique place to spend a few days. The setting was peaceful, and our family really enjoyed the experience. We did run into an unexpected issue with the mini-split A/C in the master bedroom during one of the hottest days of the year. However, Peter was outstanding. He responded immediately, stayed in constant communication, arranged for maintenance, and even brought over a portable A/C unit to keep us comfortable while waiting for the repair. His level of communication and genuine concern for our experience was exceptional. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with a host who truly cares about his guests.
Booked this for a relaxing girls weekend and it completely delivered. We really enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit, and the yurt was wonderful. Even with not the most ideal weather we had a great time.
