We manage properties throughout the state of Pennsylvania and beyond, as long as it's within 4 hours of our central office, in Lancaster. This allows us to be in person at the properties we care for more, do regular inspections, and catch issues before they arise. Plus, there are no additional fees for any property visit, inspection, or emergency call.

As one of our owners, you can expect to receive monthly statements with a complete and clarified breakdown of your profit and loss, quarterly reviews with insights and suggestions on property optimization, yearly overviews, and a complete record of all expenses with receipts upon request at any time.
